Membership

A membership to 3 Seasons Personal Training is the best way to become a stronger, leaner, and more flexible version of yourself! Our memberships provide accountability and encourage consistent training, which is the best way to see amazing results. We offer membership options to suit a variety of goals and needs.

1:1 Personal Training (3x/week - off peak times)

$1289 + hst (every four weeks)

1:1 Personal Training with an experienced coach. You will get their full and undivided attention, every session.

Small Group Personal Training On Ramp (3x/week)

$915 + hst (every four weeks)

Everyone gets a custom plan. The first week of each block is 1:1 to learn the new program. Then you repeat the program for three more weeks in a small group personal training setting.
