Our Small Group Personal Training "On Ramp" begins with an assessment so we can find your number one priority to get pain free (or prevent injury). Every client receives a customized strength training program designed around your goals, injury history, age, sports/hobbies, training experience, training frequency, etc.
As a Small Group Personal Training client, you'll get the flexibility of our 20+ weekly time-slots from our SGPT calendar. Each session is capped at 4 clients to ensure you receive attentive coaching from our trainers to keep you moving well and progressing safely.
