All of our trainers are currently at full capacity for 1:1 personal training.
Moving forward we will have a paid waiting list. To save your spot on our waiting list you will have to pay for your first 4 weeks of training in advance. If you change your mind at anytime the deposit is fully refundable up until your first session.

We currently plan to hire another trainer with a start date in July, so we may not have any openings until then.
We still have capacity in our small group personal training program. It includes a 12 week "On Ramp" program where you learn each new program 1:1 with your coach followed by three weeks of small group personal training where you repeat the program using the principles of progressive overload.
